I searched for a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude package on line and saw one I liked on Carmax. So I started the process on line with Carmax but it took for ever over two weeks and they did not pro package on line and saw one I liked on Carmax. So I started the process on line with Carmax but it took for ever over two weeks and they did not properly update me on the vehicles arrival at the local dealer. During this delay I found a same car at World Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Shrewsbury NJ and it was certified. I started the process on line late on a Sunday night and was called first thing Monday morning by Don from sales. He was very nice and professional and I had the feeling right from the beginning that he was honest and helpful. After deciding to purchase the vehicle without seeing it I dealt with Josh the sales manager, GREAT GUY!! They had the car ready for me that day but I was not able to get to the dealership until Tuesday. I wasn't trading in a vehicle so I had to get to the dealership from Long Island NY. My wife and I decided to take the ferry from Rockaway Beach to Wall Street and then took a ferry to the Atlantic Highlands and then a Uber to World Jeep. This sounds like a long trip but it was about the same as driving to the dealer and it was a very nice trip, I highly recommend. After arriving at World Jeep we were greeted by Alex, who made the entire experience pain-free and pleasant. After inspected the vehicle we noticed a couple of scratches on the hood, I know its a used car it has wear. I casually mentioned it to Alex and immediately he drove the vehicle around to the detailing section and they got most of them out. I was pleasantly surprised and I think Alex care about getting as much of the scratches out then I did. He really was awesome! After dealing with Alex we sat with AJ from the financing department. He went over everything with us and was straightforward and not pushy at all, that was nice. He explained all of our options with no pressure and wanted us to leave the dealership happy. He succeeded in his mission!! I'm in my 50's and I have brought many vehicles during my life but none as smoothly and stress free as this one! I wanted to write this review to thank every one I dealt with at Word Jeep especially Josh, AJ, Alex and Don. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WORLD JEEP!!!! More
