Excellent and Pleasurable experience I have purchased many new vehicles and this by far was the easiest, most pleasurable experience I have ever had. I called ahead with interest in a specific car and it was prepped and ready for a test drive when I arrived. Lou Iannicelli was a pleasure to deal with, no pressure or the typical sales pitches. The entire staff made me feel relaxed and comfortable with my choice. From now on I am going to skip all of the large box dealerships for the at home family feeling and attention that I received here. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and pricing. Awful Not only did they have my jeep for 4 weeks, telling me the whole time they were "waiting on engineering," but when they finally told me it was done, I Not only did they have my jeep for 4 weeks, telling me the whole time they were "waiting on engineering," but when they finally told me it was done, I picked it up to find the same issue happening plus a handful of other things wrong with the vehicle. Never again will I go here. I will pay whatever I have to out of pocket to have my jeep towed to any other jeep location to avoid his place. The absolute worst experience ever. More

Car of my dreams I dealt with Lou while purchasing my Jeep. He was down to earth and nice. I got the deal I wanted (for the most part) and was happy with my purchase i I dealt with Lou while purchasing my Jeep. He was down to earth and nice. I got the deal I wanted (for the most part) and was happy with my purchase in the end. My only complaint was that he had to leave by a certain time so he was rushing us along towards the end. I was getting extremely annoyed because of that. I felt his anxiousness to leave and thought it was rude, and it made me want to leave. While there they had pizza, so we were able to eat which was nice since it was a long day waiting for everything to happen. Joe Wajda, one of the managers I believe, was friendly. They got me rubber car mats instead of fabric and immediately took care of the tire balancing issue we experienced on the road test. Overall everyone was friendly that I dealt with, and I would do business there again. I would just make sure whomever I dealt with did not have to leave early, as this is a big financial purchase and being rushed is not something I want to feel again. More

Taking my wife's Charger for the first time to World Jeep As I turned left into the dealership, I found myself in a crowded parking lot that surrounded the main building. I wondered if I would ever find a par As I turned left into the dealership, I found myself in a crowded parking lot that surrounded the main building. I wondered if I would ever find a parking spot...I continued counter-clockwise around the building... what a relief -- I found a spot. I entered the building through the showroom. I asked a guy in there how to get to service and he directed me "Down the hall; the door on the right." I spoke with Donna and then all went smooth from there. My Charger was pulled into a service bay. The service guy, who was working on the car, stuck his head in the waiting room to ask me where my oil was located. He told me that he knew me from Werner Dodge which had closed and I had bought my 3 previous cars. We shook hands and he left to work on my car...and all went smooth. The people that I spoke with here were great, but their working conditions seemed cramped. I would recommend a larger parking lot and a larger building to work in. The people I met seem to be working in less than adequate conditions. In my opinion, the deserve better.With the closing of Werner Dodge (and with their telling me that I should take my business to World) an upgrade in working conditions is called for in this case. More
