I brought my 2004 Grand Cherokee in for 120,000 mile service. I usually don't bring it to the dealer for service, except for the extensive routine maintenance intervals (60,000 or 120,000, etc.) This service. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly Chris and everyone else was throughout the process. I usually expect a fair amount of apathy if not flat out pressure and intimidation whenever I'm dealing with a car, whether buying or servicing. There was none of that at World Jeep. They performed all the required service in one day. I just wish I knew beforehand they had a shuttle service and loaner cars. It was expensive as expected (>$2000). However, my Jeep does drive smoother now. I would not hesitate to bring my car there again for service. Although the real test will be how much longer my Grand Cherokee will last. Hopefully a couple more years... More

I put off buying a car for nearly a year and am SO GLAD I waited! I found a few I really liked but was put off by overly agressive salespeople. He was on top of everything, yet reinforced I should make sure I find the car I liked and wanted. His advice was sincere and his knowledge unparalelled. I had bought my trade in from World Jeep and nearly forgot since it had been a while, and would definitely go straight back again to them down the road when one day it is time for a new car. I rarely write reviews but Allan was so awesome I hope other people make sure to reach out to him if they are looking for a new or used car.
