Had my Jeep Wagoneer serviced today and have used them on other cars in the past. They are exceptional to work with especially the service center. Had a major issue due to Jeep axel breaking and a bolt coming off the tire out of no where (car is less than 6 years old). I could have been in a major accident luckily this occurred while parking the car coming off the tire out of no where (car is less than 6 years old). The warranty did not cover all parts which is absurd because this should never have happened as the mechanic had mentioned. I plan to contact World Chrysler because this could have been a major lawsuit. Colleen was a helpful advisor but was not able to get certain parts covered under warranty. When I went into the service center Eric was extremely rude and continued to walk away and not speak to me with respect. I will not be returning or getting another Jeep. More
