Vehicle service ok, other service disappointing. I have no complaints about the service to my vehicle. I do have a complaint about me making an appointment well in advance in which I did request a lo I have no complaints about the service to my vehicle. Upon arrival no vehicle was available and I was informed that enterprise car rental would pick me up and take me to their rental site about a 10 minute drive away. Upon arrival at enterprise they only had one vehicle available, Ford Focus. Why did I bother asking for a loner well in advance of my appointment and had to be inconvienced with theEnterprise rental, which required a 250.00 deposit. In addition I was suppose to have the car washed by world jeep, the vehicle was dirty when I picked it up, all they did was run a hose over the vehicle which caused dirty streaks down the windows and car. Never again will I have world jeep wash my car. Disappointed with the service to me, not the vehicle. More
