Spring Cleanse After a hard, snowy, cold, pot hole Winter; I took my Toyota Rav 4 (04) to World Jeep for a Oil & Filter Change, Wheel Balance, Wheel Alignment and 4 After a hard, snowy, cold, pot hole Winter; I took my Toyota Rav 4 (04) to World Jeep for a Oil & Filter Change, Wheel Balance, Wheel Alignment and 4 tire pressure's. My spare tire needed tightning up on the back of the SUV to stop a rattling noise. World Jeep accomplished all the tasks I asked for in a very professional manor. I needed shuttle service back to my home and back to World Jeep when the service was done which they did. All in all it was a good experience. More

Service staff was very helpful After experiencing the same issue with my Chrysler 200 (which was shutting off on me while I was driving) I called to schedule an appt. I spoke with Maggie who was patient with me even though I was irate. As she could not help me with a loaner vehicle she asked if I wanted to speak with a manager. She took down my contact information and called me back about 10 minutes later offering me to drop my vehicle off that day (3:30pm) and pick up a loaner. I spoke with Daniella at the service center when I got there and she was helpful. Took my keys, gave me keys to the loaner and I was on my way. The next day I got a call saying the issue was resolved, I can pick up my car and drop the loaner off. Oh and my car was given a wash and fluids topped off. Couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you. Committed to Customer Since writing this review, the dealer contacted me directly and has resolved my concerns regarding communication with the customer etc. I appreciate t Since writing this review, the dealer contacted me directly and has resolved my concerns regarding communication with the customer etc. I appreciate their concern for their relationships with customers and commitment to exceed expectations. I made an appointment, dropped the Jeep off the night before so they had ALL day to work on the vehicle. Didn't hear from the mechanic all day, called them at 4:30pm only to find out that they hadn't done any work I requested and presented me with a two thousand dollar quote for work that I didn't ask for. Vehicle finished the end of the next day (I had to call again for a status update). Gave me someone else's invoice when I paid the bill. My expectations of this dealer were much higher than this - I might as well take it to an off brand shop and save on the labor rate. More
