I was taken timely, the work was completed more quickly than the estimate I was given (always a good thing), and the next time I open the hood, all should be good. More

Disappointing Service Visit I purchased a brand new 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 from them and I have been having issues with the drive of the vehicle. I called the service department to I purchased a brand new 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 from them and I have been having issues with the drive of the vehicle. I called the service department to schedule an appointment. I was explaining to the lady and I felt that she was forcing me off the phone. I dropped off the vehicle and the issues were explained, someone in the service department test drove my vehicle and said "there was nothing wrong" without running any sorts of tests to diagnose what the problem could potentially be and I'm very disappointed. I went to this dealer based on a good reputation. The customer service was very good, service department was disappointing. More
