Excellent focus on my needs. After determining that four major repairs were needed on my vehicle the service agent went beyond expectations to make sure that I had a loaner car an After determining that four major repairs were needed on my vehicle the service agent went beyond expectations to make sure that I had a loaner car and that my vehicle was finished on the same day so that I could make a medical appointment the following day. He was also willing to assist me in sharing the cost for an accessible vehicle that was needed for my medical appt. if that became necessary. Needless to say, I was very impressed. In my few visits to this service facility my experience has always been very good. More

excellent, did not push to up sell I was advised of what should be done yet did not experience being up sold. Of course since this is a dealership the price was a little higher than my average service but I am very happy with the way my car is running now! Lou was most helpful, honest and not at all pushy as some service advisors can be. Thanks!! More

Good Service I went in 2/17/16 for an oil change. I reported a problem regarding noise coming from the front end while driving. The mechanic test rode the car and I went in 2/17/16 for an oil change. I reported a problem regarding noise coming from the front end while driving. The mechanic test rode the car and couldn't find anything. The service writer also stated that I can drive the car along with the mechanic to listen for the noise I was complaining about. Couldn't hear it (perfect!) Only when I got home I heard it again. Guess I'll be going back only this time I know how to drive it. But it was nice to see the mechanic taking time from his day to address my concern.......... Never had that before! They also did a quick wash of the car. Nice! :) More

Continuity.......responsibility of a service tech......this is new in my dealer service experience.
