On 4/12/2021 I Don Grimm was at your dealership for the 2nd time and was dealing with Dallas a polite and well informed salesman. He asked if I would like a quote on a 2021 kia soul x model th 2nd time and was dealing with Dallas a polite and well informed salesman. He asked if I would like a quote on a 2021 kia soul x model that I was looking at and I said yes. He went in to a dark room for a few minutes and came back with a quick quote. This was for a lease for 21,800. I could not believe what I saw. With 2000 down 24 months it was 612.02 per month.with 5,000 down it was 478.57 per month. I had said that I did not like the extra charges yhat that were added to the MSRP. With that quote on that vehicle it was obvious I would not be dealing at the store every again. They man in the room who made up the quote must of had a bad day. Sorry I will not even think about coming back to your again Thks If needed I still had this piece of paper with these outrageous quotes to you to prove my point. This is a late post. We had a wonderful experience with the Kia Citrus Motor staff. I found Sandy on multiple review sites and decided to work with her. We met the next day, and she went over all the new features of the vehicle. We test drove. She did not pressure us AT ALL!! We decided to go for the vehicle, and met with George in Finance. He was also very informative and helpful, and worked with our budget. It’s a long process, but it was a positive one. Also, Travis called us a few days later to set up our UVO link system. I explained to her what vehicle I wanted, and she wasted no time getting the vehicle prep from me to test drive. Absolutely no hassle. I was very pleased with her customer service. Once it was time to complete the paperwork, she introduce me to Nicholas Morales, the Team Lead. Mr. Morales made the transition from the credit check, to pricing offers, to explaining additional warranty specials in detail seamless. I appreciate his honesty and his realistic view on closing the deal. He never made me feel like a dullard, and he really cared about me getting the best deal possible. I had to leave for work, and I couldn't complete the deal. The next day when I returned, Nicholas had all my documents ready to sign, and the car detailed clean for delivery. Amazing crew at Citrus Motors. I definitely in the future will purchase my vehicles from Citrus Motors. A couple days later I received a follow-up call.
