I knew it wasn't gonna be good news Matt was awesome keeping us up to date on everything as he covered all bases comforting us on this unexpected ordeal, when we decided the poor Edges value wasn't worth the repairs Matt hooked us up with there sales team, Vinny, Ryan, Danniel (Danny), and Cal I was dreading the whole buying a new car fiasco but dealing with those 3 and also being checked on by Carla and Sarah it was overall the best experience me and my wife have ever had in buying a new car (and there's been quite a few of those) They were able to get us in the car we wanted at the price we wanted it was a great unexpected experience from the service dept to the sales dept! H My husband and I recently purchased a 2014 Kia Soul from Citrus Motors Kia. Anthuan Chambers was the young man whom helped us out with the purchase. He was very knowledgable about the car and showed us all it has to offer. (If your a techie person you really should check these cars out.) He walked us through the different options. We told him what we wanted. The car was not on the lot, however Mr. Chambers looked and found it online and managed to get it to the dealership the next day. Now ok yes this did take awhile for them to find the car but, while this was being done we were given information on financing that fits our budget by Dustin and Shawn. These two individuals were very knowledgeable in that department as well. Now there was another individual that helped out, I don't know his name but we opted to go for a lease, yes I said lease, and he was very knowledgeable regarding that also. When you stop by you can ask these gentlemen how it works I promise you will be impressed. I have to admit that my favorite thing about this dealership that stood out the most, and I know it will for you also is, TEAMWORK!!! I was sent an online quote for a specific mustang that they had in stock so i went to check it out and the rest is history. The first day i went, I test drove the vehicle and explained that i was not going to purchase the vehicle that day because i had a cosigner so i would come back the next day. They completely understood and gave me an estimate on the price and payments. Since I am a 21 year old, I have almost no credit and so i returned with my cosigner the next day and everything was great. They didn't change the price or try to raise the offer the gave me at first, so I ended buying my first mustang that day. I would like to thank Vinnie for all of his help and service. More

I saw a used one that I liked but they are charging over 8 thousand more than what the vehicle is currently worth, I went in to buy a ford f 150 fx4. I saw a used one that I liked but they are charging over 8 thousand more than what the vehicle is currently worth, what they are charging is about the same base price for a NEW one of the same model. When I asked if we could negotiate the price my husband and I were told no, flat out no. We were at the upland ford dealership earlier and guess what they were willing to negotiate. I've bought fords before and will again. But I'm telling everyone to avoid this place at ALL COSTS. I mean unless you feel like being talked down to. Told if you're not willing to pay their exorbitant price that you must not want to buy a car at all. And completely ignored for 20 mins to an hour (and that's the short time after you've made contact). More

Spectacular sales team and very accomodating service team. This was my wife and my second experience purchasing a vehicle and first time at Citrus Motors. Our first experience was at a Dodge dealership in Ont This was my wife and my second experience purchasing a vehicle and first time at Citrus Motors. Our first experience was at a Dodge dealership in Ontario and was less than favorable. Going into Citrus Motors, we were both a bit guarded and firm, but we began to notice how friendly and genuine the employees in the sales department were. We met with Daniel Petersen, Ryan Moody and Erica Harris for the test drive, discussion about terms and eventual purchase that same day. Of course we were pleased with the vehicle test and stats, but the best part about buying it was working with a team with such great displays of professionalism and decorum. They maintained an amicable environment, offering insight into optional purchases but were never pushy or forward. They simply provided information to us, explained the costs/benefits and the process kept moving forward, smoothly. My wife and I were exceedingly impressed with the level of respect the staff had, especially in the three mentioned above. After our drive home from the dealership we thought up a few questions we had forgotten to ask and, despite the late hour at the time, we sent a text message to Daniel (number provided on the business card) in hopes of a response the next day. To our surprise, we received replies from him that same evening. That was the icing on the cake for us, when we realized just how much this sales team appreciated our business. I cannot stress enough just how happy we were to have worked with Daniel, Ryan, and Erica. We will recommend this place to all of our friends and family looking to purchase a vehicle. More
