This is a late post. We had a wonderful experience with the Kia Citrus Motor staff. I found Sandy on multiple review sites and decided to work with her. I called and told her what I was looking for(2022 Carnival), and she called me back the moment the vehicle arrived at their lot. We met the next day, and she went over all the new features of the vehicle. We test drove. She did not pressure us AT ALL!! We decided to go for the vehicle, and met with George in Finance. He was also very informative and helpful, and worked with our budget. It’s a long process, but it was a positive one. Also, Travis called us a few days later to set up our UVO link system. I’d highly recommend this dealership. More

I explained to her what vehicle I wanted, and she wasted no time getting the vehicle prep from me to test drive. Absolutely no hassle. I was very pleased with her customer service. Once it was time to complete the paperwork, she introduce me to Nicholas Morales, the Team Lead. Mr. Morales made the transition from the credit check, to pricing offers, to explaining additional warranty specials in detail seamless. I appreciate his honesty and his realistic view on closing the deal. He never made me feel like a dullard, and he really cared about me getting the best deal possible. I had to leave for work, and I couldn't complete the deal. The next day when I returned, Nicholas had all my documents ready to sign, and the car detailed clean for delivery. Amazing crew at Citrus Motors. I definitely in the future will purchase my vehicles from Citrus Motors. A couple days later I received a follow-up call. Follow up: I received a follow up call with Sandy Watson.
