Tanner was great. He was very personable and did not pressure me in any way. He went out of his way to help me look at all the important things for buying a used car. He encouraged me to drive it like it was my own on the test drive which was great. I had previously worked out my financing so that part was incredibly smooth as well. Thanks so much Mr Thompson for working out the down payment part. Everyone was great to work with and made the process so much easier than I anticipated. More

I have bought 3 cars from here and have always been very happy with my purchase until now. I have learned to never purchase a vehicle without first seeing it in person. They would not transfer the car from happy with my purchase until now. I have learned to never purchase a vehicle without first seeing it in person. They would not transfer the car from there Memphis lot before I purchased it. The car had not been cleaned in a while and the gas tank was under half. The windshield is badly scratched and they either did not change the oil or forgot to reset it. I know I bought a used car but I have never had such a bad experience from this dealership until this time. I wish I could say I recommend this dealership but if this how they treat me after purchasing 3 cars from them I wouldn’t want someone else to go through the same issues. While my sales man was very nice customer service was missed when it came to certain things and they were to worried about making a sale. More
