Went there to do a trade-in the seller that I was with lied and told me they had great news for me that my Car qualified for the warranty recall for the engine repair. I pay to get my car towed there ende lied and told me they had great news for me that my Car qualified for the warranty recall for the engine repair. I pay to get my car towed there ended up finding out my car was not under warranty. I also had to pay 200 and some dollars for the diagnosis fee. I also had to pay to get my car towed back home so I ended up with my car not fixed or no trade-in called to ask for the salesman Rachel. They told me she was on lunch and that was a week ago she supposed to call me back. no one have called me back. All I have done since being involved with Kia is spend money and steal. My car does not drive so it was a very bad experience for me. More
They kept my car for two months and refused to honor my warranty. I finally took it to another dealer and warranty was honored in one day. This treatment upended my life. My service center writer Jessica did a fantastic job explaining things and Get It Now set up in the waiting room. I feel it is totally unacceptable to wait two and a half hours for an oil change and not explaining things and Get It Now set up in the waiting room. I feel it is totally unacceptable to wait two and a half hours for an oil change and not even getting a car wash because it would be another 20 minutes we decided to pass cuz it was time to go. My time is too important to me to spend 3 hours at a dealership for an oil change. More
