They only get good reviews because they offer people cleaning kits or free gas if they answer their reviews in 5 stars for everything. I wish I could leave 0 stars. Arrived at 12:55, appointment was for 1:15 and left at 4:40pm… For our surprise they only did the oil change, the tires were not rotated! Even left the air filter box open. The customer service is very poorly. We express our concern to the person that helped us and he said like everywhere you go for “it’s like a doctor’s appointment that you have to wait a lot”. When we said that we would like to talk to someone else he said “they will tell you the same thing”. If you go to others dealers for any type of maintenance they actually care for your time and if its going to be a lot they offer you (as courtesy) snacks, taxi services, or even give you a car to use, none of this things were offer to us. My husband went to see if the car was ready and I stayed in the front and the other employees were talking to each others even laughing saying “they’re a guy complaining about the wait”. The first time we went for the oil change they even scratch the engine bay and bumper. But since I got the car there and the service is included we went this second time but definitely not going again is such a horrible experience. If you can buy your car in another Kia don’t think it twice. More
