I experienced unacceptable sercice from reps. Yesterday he had my car keys since the work was completed for about 15 minutes it's. The advisor I had Daniel had poor customer service and my whole experience at this dealership was horrible I had to wait five hours and no communication of when my vehicle would be ready and I have warran my whole experience at this dealership was horrible I had to wait five hours and no communication of when my vehicle would be ready and I have warranty on my car and still had to pay out of pocket for me services and when I left the dealership I heard a noise coming from my tires and when I came in the dealership my car was not making any noise I just wanted to get my tire fixed . The service I received was rude and horrible I purchased my vehicle here and always get service and never was treated this poorly and rudely . He needs more training on customer service and if u have warranty on your vehicle your shouldn’t still have to pay out of pocket ! Poor service ! I am very unpleased with my visit !
