They refused to honor the warranty on my car. They lied about repairs they made saying I had signed agreeing to pay which I didn't. They reported that the car was worth 20k and they sold it fo They lied about repairs they made saying I had signed agreeing to pay which I didn't. They reported that the car was worth 20k and they sold it for 11k and I hadn't paid the difference. They even sent a repo man to my house to get it.. I gave them all maintenance records which they never even called either one of them. I will spend the rest of my life warning people to never by a Kia. More
