My 9:30am service appointment for oil change and tire rotation took 3 1/2 hours. They initially estimated it to be 2 hrs. There was no notification about any change in this estimated time. I received rotation took 3 1/2 hours. They initially estimated it to be 2 hrs. There was no notification about any change in this estimated time. I received a text message that my car inspection was completed after 2 hrs and 40 minutes. The service member said that the car was not ready. I received the car another 50 minutes later. Only response given was “ we are busy”. The final text message notification informing me my car was ready has since then been deleted from your end. Very questionable! More

Brought my car in for it's first oil change and tire rotation. They were going to wash the car and I asked to have the tire pressure checked. Everything seemed great until I drove off only to find out t rotation. They were going to wash the car and I asked to have the tire pressure checked. Everything seemed great until I drove off only to find out the tire didn't change. Still at 31 and 32 psi. The next morning I noticed that the key for my wheel locks were missing. I went back and Zac took care of me and filled up my take for my troubles. Overall a good experience but didn't appreciate having to come back to get the tire key. More

My experience was great, I informed the service advisor that I have coupons that I wanted to used. We reviewed what services that was needed on my vehicle and he advised me of which coupon would provide me that I have coupons that I wanted to used.
