I've been here like 5 times with my past vehicle and current, and this was definitely the smoothest of the maintenances. Did everything he said he'd do, and more than I expected. Terrible training and customer service. Service advisor sent me for car rental and told me it was covered under my warranty. He was fired a day or so after my repairs were underway. The nex Service advisor sent me for car rental and told me it was covered under my warranty. He was fired a day or so after my repairs were underway. The next service advisor was made aware of what was going on and never made mention to the fact that the rental would not be covered. When I got a bill for $460.63 I was then in touch with the service manager who told me they would fix it and sent me to Kia Consumer affairs. Consumer Affairs told me they can’t fix it, it has to be done at the local level. I called back and spoke to the manager, who said he will figure out how to get it fixed and then I got the runaround for three additional days only to find out that I had to go back to Kia Consumer Affairs because they can’t do it at the local level. Again Kia Consumer Affairs then told me that they can’t fix it. It has to go back to this location. Why do I need to pay the price for poor training of their team members, I own 2 Kia’s. They will be the last ones I buy - Mistakes happen but not being willing to own up to and fix their errors speaks volumes about customer service More
