I brought the car in for some safety issues without a appointment and asked for some estimates for other items. A leak in my windshield washer system was quoted at $325 and replacing a headlight and bra appointment and asked for some estimates for other items. A leak in my windshield washer system was quoted at $325 and replacing a headlight and brake light cost me $200 If I read the invoice right so I was afraid to get the dome light replaced. I also had my ABS and traction control fixed and my 8 hour stay couldn't even get me out without problems with your payment system. My previous experience with your service dept. led to a missing locking front wheel lug nut which was ignored when I wrote about it. No apologies, no replacement and no comments. More

Abel was fantastic. He helped me the whole time. I got there at 645am and he told me it would be a few hours to change my brakes due to being short staffed. I ended up l He helped me the whole time. I got there at 645am and he told me it would be a few hours to change my brakes due to being short staffed. I ended up leaving around 12pm after having my brakes changed and a transmission flush. He was even able to negotiate a small discount with his manager for me. More

I been waiting for recall parts since August 2024 and still no update. I have serviced my vehicle there every time and still haven’t been updated.
