They refused to honor the warranty on my car. They lied about repairs they made saying I had signed agreeing to pay which I didn't. I gave them all maintenance records which they never even called either one of them. I will spend the rest of my life warning people to never by a Kia. More

I waited four hours for the service. I came in for an oil change and got talked into two other services All totaling $600. They’re slow, charge for everything, make you pay for services and say it’s required. Not accommodating at all. Charged me $200 for an oil changed, looks more like a staff hang out.
