Yez at City KIA of Greater Orlando Went Above and Beyond! On Friday, my husband and I went car shopping, visiting several dealerships before stopping at City KIA of Greater Orlando. We originally planned to trade in our old car for a used one, but then we met Yez, and everything changed. From 1 p.m. to 9 p.m., Yez worked tirelessly for us. At first, the dealership only offered $8,000 for our trade-in, but she fought hard and secured $15,000! While other reps focused on used cars, she had the vision to show us that for the same monthly payment, we could drive home in a brand-new car instead. Because of her, we walked out with a 2025 Kia Sorento—something we never imagined! Her dedication didn’t stop at the sale. After a long day, we were too exhausted to absorb all the car’s features. Instead of leaving it at that, Yez took it upon herself to text me later, asking for my email to send all the details, ensuring we got the most out of our new vehicle.
