Kevin was wonderful and helpful in taking us for a test drive and demonstrating all the features of the car. He was kind and considerate. I brought the car in for some safety issues without a appointment and asked for some estimates for other items. A leak in my windshield washer system was quoted at $325 and replacing a headlight and bra appointment and asked for some estimates for other items. A leak in my windshield washer system was quoted at $325 and replacing a headlight and brake light cost me $200 If I read the invoice right so I was afraid to get the dome light replaced. I also had my ABS and traction control fixed and my 8 hour stay couldn't even get me out without problems with your payment system. My previous experience with your service dept. led to a missing locking front wheel lug nut which was ignored when I wrote about it. No apologies, no replacement and no comments. More
