I purchased a vehicle from Gravity Autos Jacksonville on May 9, 2025. I traded in my old car, which was a 2022 Toyota RAV4, which they agreed to pay off as part of the transaction. It is now September 23, 2 May 9, 2025. I traded in my old car, which was a 2022 Toyota RAV4, which they agreed to pay off as part of the transaction. It is now September 23, 2025, and they still have not paid off my trade in. I have called them dozens of times over the last few months. They rarely answer and never call me back. I have visited them in person 3 times as well. They have offered excuses and delay tactics but never pay off my old trade in. They initially said they had turnover in their department, then they said they were waiting for the corporate office to write them a check, so that they could then write a check for my payoff amount. Additionally, I have had to make additional car payments on a car that I don't own any longer so that my credit was not impacted due to late payments. I have worked with 3 different finance people at this location and they clearly are telling me lies just so I will leave their facility. I have now retained legal counsel as my next step in order to get my trade in paid off and for them to reimburse me for my additional car payments. I wrote them a Demand Letter on 8/29/2025 and they sent a check to my credit union. On 9/8/2025, my credit union was unable to cash the check and stated "Return Reason Unable to Locate Account". Credit Union is saying that the account number was not able to be located which means the account number was either incorrect or fraudulent. It looks like they mailed a fraudulent check to the credit union, which I believe is a crime. I have reached out to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office as well. More

We were specifically told that four new tires had been installed, and we were provided with both an inspection report and a receipt as proof. During our test drive, the tire pressure light was on. Our salesperson, Anthony, explained that this was likely because the system had not yet been reset after the tires were replaced. However, when we drove off the lot, the warning light came back on. I immediately sent a screenshot of this to the sales manager, Ron. Despite multiple attempts, Ron never returned my calls. About a week later, when the light came on again, I reset the system, but the issue persisted. I eventually took the car to an Audi service center for an independent inspection. Their findings were very concerning: The tires are not new. Based on tread wear, manufacturing date, and the fact that they are discontinued, it was confirmed that these are used tires. The vehicle requires an alignment. The driver’s side front tire had been plugged and had a slow leak, which explained why the tire light continued to come on. This directly contradicts what we were told at the time of purchase. My biggest concern is safety, as this vehicle was purchased for my daughter to take to college. We would never have agreed to buy it had we known the tires were not new. At this point, it is clear that either the dealership misrepresented the condition of the car or the tires that were allegedly replaced were swapped out prior to delivery. Either way, the vehicle was not sold to us in the condition promised. I finally spoke with Bruce, a new manager, who said he would look into the matter. I am waiting for a resolution, but in the meantime I feel it is important to share my experience. I strongly urge others to use caution and consider purchasing from a dealership that stands by its word and values customer trust. More
Only gave 2 stars because the purchasing process was smooth and the salesman was great. Otherwise ... STAY AWAY. Purchased a car in April, paid off in May, Temp tag has expired twice! Each time I have c smooth and the salesman was great. Otherwise ... STAY AWAY. Purchased a car in April, paid off in May, Temp tag has expired twice! Each time I have called I get different explanations (excuses, lies) from different people. I have spoken with "Finance, Managers, Salespeople!" the entire store at this point and still nothing but an expired temp tag! Contacted the finance company who has also not received any results! CUSTOMER COMPLAINT FILED and requesting directly from the FL DMV. We currently have a new car parked due to expired temporary tags... REDICULAS!!! More

Worst car buying experience ever. I followed a car from car guru to this dealership which is an hour from my home. This ordeal began back in October of 24! After purchasing and drivin I followed a car from car guru to this dealership which is an hour from my home. This ordeal began back in October of 24! After purchasing and driving car off lot, check engine light came on. I returned with the car and the service nightmare began. They repeatedly "fixed" the problem and as soon as I would drive car off lot a new warning light would appear. I made 5 trips back and forth to this place and spent countless hours sitting and waiting only to be told the car was taken to an actual Lexus dealership for repair. Finally got the car back in December and didn't even make it to I-95 before car crapped out again. Because I had made the first pmt on the car they refused to take it back and proceeded to "trade me out" of this clearly broken vehicle. Each time they found something comparable to my original purchase they would switch up the financial institution and do a hard inquiry on my excellent credit (which took a major hit). Once they even pushed through the sale on a car I didn't agree to! In the interest of washing my hands of this place, I purchased the loaner car I had been driving since October! NOT the car I wanted and nearly twice the price! The only thing that kept me from legal action was my salesman, Alvin, who was genuinely horrified by what I had been through. He no longer works there! It is now February 2025, and they just finally paid off the original (broken) car I financed and eventually was forced to "trade-in" minus finance charges, taxes and fees! RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE More
Terrible service. They try to bait and switch, I had my mind on a certain vehicle and they kept trying to get me in a different vehicle for more profit. I AM committin They try to bait and switch, I had my mind on a certain vehicle and they kept trying to get me in a different vehicle for more profit. I AM committing to a car payment for 72 month, I’m going to purchase what I want! The sales manager Alvin is a tool as well. He made me feel very uncomfortable and pressured. I just went down the road to Fields Mercedes and purchased the Mercedes I wanted same day. I was telling my nephew what happened and he had the same situation when looking for a Tesla. Shady business lost two sales in one week. STAY AWAY! More

I would like to give a zero-star review for this dealership. They tried to sell me a car that had been in 2 severe crashes with structural damage as a car with no accident history. When I confronted dealership. They tried to sell me a car that had been in 2 severe crashes with structural damage as a car with no accident history. When I confronted the salesperson ( Roosevelt Holloway), he claimed within 30 seconds that the auctioneer put the accidents on the record to reduce the price. This indicates that he knew about the accident history despite very clearly telling me a few minutes earlier that this car was clean and had no accidents. I would stay away from this dealership at all costs. Trying to commit carfax fraud. The car is a 2020 gray subaru outback limited and it is still listed on multiple websites as accident free vehicle as of 12/29/2023. More
