At the time of purchase I was told I would be given a discount of $1,000 on the vehicle I was purchasing. The price was supposed to be $24998.00 I proceeded to purchase the vehicle. And a little more tha discount of $1,000 on the vehicle I was purchasing. The price was supposed to be $24998.00 I proceeded to purchase the vehicle. And a little more than a week after the purchase I was looking over the papers I had signed at financing and realized the discount was not given to me. I called the finance manager Fernando and he told me he would look into it. He called me back only to tell me he was not present at the time that agreement was made and he had asked the manager at the used cars office and he told him I was not told I would be given a discount. This is upsetting because I initially had made an appointment to purchase a completely different car. But my salesman told me he could get me a better deal on the vehicle I ended up buying. It turns out I picked the car I was supposed to get a deal on instead of the one I really wanted and the deal was a total lie. After being with Clark Chevrolet for 7 years I will not be returning ever again as I feel I cannot trust the staff there. I was lied to and made a fool, they were not decent enough to keep their word on what was said to me. It is disappointing and upsetting to be treated this way. I was a loyal customer, bought 5 cars from this dealership only to be taken advantage of on my most recent purchase. I will share my story to anyone who mentions they will be purchasing a vehicle at this dealership because it is very wrong that this is done to their customers. More
