I was able to get the deal I wanted when I came over. I’m happy with the price we agreed on. However, the finance manager never came out to see me the entire time I was there. Even when I bought the ve I’m happy with the price we agreed on. However, the finance manager never came out to see me the entire time I was there. Even when I bought the vehicle, he never came out to thank me or show face. He then started telling his salesmen that I couldn’t take the toolbox of my trade-in even though I said I’d leave the brush guard and steps on it. He claimed to his salesman that it was because of holes drilled for the box, but I have clamps. The box is not drilled in. I also was not allowed to test drive the car due to a recall. I was told when I purchased the car that they would fix the recall and deliver it to me on Monday. Saturday, I got a call from the salesmen that I would need to handle the recall work myself. I don’t think that’s right. More
