Service tech still need more training I got my car back and it looks like someone went through my console and glove box. When I made appt online for oil change , it said there would be a separate fee for tire rotation, so I went elsewhere to have that done previous to my appt. I did not request a tire rotation since I just had it done. They still did it, no charge. With appt. it took 2 hours. Felt like things were very different off at dealship this visit. Short handed in service, no explanation of new UVEYE and where to pull in. Armando did well, I just felt like it took too long for oil change plus tire rotation I didn’t request. If it’s complimentary, they should say so up front and ask if I want it. More
