The salesman that sold me my GMC truck were good. Then there's the service department. I ended up trading in my 2022 GMC because of the way I am treated when trying to deal with the service dept. The last time I had my truck in there it was 9 days before I ever heard what was wrong with it and they ordered parts for it without reaching out to me too let me know what was wrong with it. I was told they'd get us a rental and was never called back about the rental. By time a rental was available, we had had the truck back about 3 hours- 3 weeks later. When calling the service dept I was hung up on multiple times and was told it was easier to text but when texting them, sometimes it was days to receive a reply. I'm so done with dealing with this service dept even for only oil changes that immediately upon receiving my truck back on Oct 31 I went straight to another dealership and traded it in. I will not be back. There is no such thing as good customer service there. More
