First time I have used this service in a while. I had a free service with my new truck so came in on a Saturday morning to take care of it. I found the staff was overwhelmed at the number of vehicl I had a free service with my new truck so came in on a Saturday morning to take care of it. I found the staff was overwhelmed at the number of vehicles being brought in which told me they were understaffed for the day. It took about 5-7 minutes for me to get help. Once I did, the staff was polite and promptly took my vehicle. The wait for the mechanics to finish was about normal for the items I had done. They brought the truck into the bay and it sat there for about 20 minutes. I had to find someone who could verify if the truck was ready for me to take. I finally found someone who could help and they took me to the cashier with little conversation about what was done or found. When I got to the truck there was a greasy substance on the paint by the door handle and on the handle. I got into the vehicle and the paper was still on the floorboard. I took it out and threw it away. When I got home, I walked around the front of the vehicle and noticed the same greasy substance on the hood and the grill where the hood would have been shut. Overall, they did what was supposed to be done, but the service left me with an uneasy feeling about wanting to take it back to the same place. I was very disappointed they put their greasy shop hands on the paint of the vehicle, especially with no care for wiping it clean. More
