Vehicle was being serviced for a recall. This is the second time for a motor replacement and soon to be a third because the shop cannot seem to fix the issue and the truck is currently jerki This is the second time for a motor replacement and soon to be a third because the shop cannot seem to fix the issue and the truck is currently jerking still. I let Lisa (my rep) know via text and she never responded. Called and she didn’t pick up. Then the dealership has no loaner vehicles and had to get a rent the last 3 times my vehicle was serviced and I was told it’s because the employees use them to get back and forth to work. My service rep Lisa only communicate via text and will ignore all concerns, questions, and issues you have with your vehicle. She’ll only update you when your vehicle is ready or if they have a finding where you have to spend more money. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership after I’ve done paid close to $6,000 in car rentals because the shop has a month turnaround per vehicle. This is the worse dealership I’ve been to and regret purchasing my vehicle for here. More
