Upon entering service area I was asked if I had appointment and I replied yes and gave my last name and time of appointment and was told that Mathew Williams would assist me and I proceed to his of appointment and I replied yes and gave my last name and time of appointment and was told that Mathew Williams would assist me and I proceed to his office and had a conversation of what was needed for my vehicle. He took the information and Said it should be complete in about 1 hour and 45 minutes. I saw I would be leaving it and would return after I had completed my errands.
