I brought my 2024 Chevrolet Silverado in for an oil change and radio update-Made my appointment online with the description of my request-Per GM there is an update available for my radio head unit(at t change and radio update-Made my appointment online with the description of my request-Per GM there is an update available for my radio head unit(at times only lights up but nothing else)-Dropped my vehicle off and let the advisor know that I needed this done and why- Was called 2 hours later stating my truck was done-I asked if the update was performed on my radio and was told yes-I pick up my vehicle and only the oil change was done-Advisor never even wrote my radio concern up at all -so how did the technician perform this update under Warranty without it being on the repair order? Not pleased at all! More
