I hate that you had a bad Experience Scott. Please keep in mind that we do our best to have loaners for our customers but availability does change. We also do have to wait until your truck is in the shop to tell you anything about the repair because we only have our certified technicians diagnose your vehicle. In addition, please know that we can not check parts availability until diagnosis as well. I also find it suspect that you are writing a review about hurricane Harvey when it has been 10 months since the storm. In any case, please call us if you need anything.
