I would like to specifically mention Mike (UK) in service, who I believe, went above and beyond; he contacted me with status updates throughout the process and helped to explain the repair vs replacement pros and cons. I find it refreshing to experience this caliber of customer service today. I have been to several other dealerships in the past couple of years and I believe that as a result of this experience, I will be switching to Classic Chevrolet for all my future vehicle needs.
