I have purchased many vehicles from this dealership over the years even before it became Classic Chevrolet and have sent many people up there to purchase vehicles as well.The sales team have always been out the years even before it became Classic Chevrolet and have sent many people up there to purchase vehicles as well.The sales team have always been outstanding but unfortunately the service department is a disgrace to say the least! My wife recently had to drop her car off to get serviced and had to wait 45 minutes just for a ride back to work from their shuttle service! Now my son in law took his 2020 Silverado in about 3 weeks ago because headlights would just go off randomly, back up camera quit working, and left it for a week to get fixed! Paid $373.xx for a new key fob since he couldn’t find his spare because they said there was no way they could reprogram without 2 key fobs only to have the same exact problem 2 days later! Took it back and left it another week to be fixed and when he picked it up this morning they charged him over $600!! Service department claims now that because he changed headlight bulbs his warranty wouldn’t cover the work! Warranty was good the first time but not the second!! Classic Chevrolet your service department needs to look up The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act before cheating their young customers that used their hard earned money to buy your vehicles that you can’t fix! Needless to say I will not be purchasing any future vehicles from Classic Chevrolet again! More
