The BEST place to purchase a vehicle. Zephen was our salesman and was very knowledgeable and took great care of us. All of the staff in the dealership are very personable and laid back. WOW! Where do I start, this experience was one of the greatest, smoothest, and most professional I’ve ever had. A terrible ordeal was flipped into a friendly, fun experience due to the likes of incredibl greatest, smoothest, and most professional I’ve ever had. A terrible ordeal was flipped into a friendly, fun experience due to the likes of incredible people such as Zephen, Mike in service, and Marshall! While traveling from Madill (wrk) to Trinidad, TX (hm) my truck literally quit running. It wouldn’t stay in gear about 15mi from Denison. No cell service, and no contacts in the area. It was 6p on Thursday, 11/04. I limped the truck in to Classic Chevy only to find service closed and the sales dept. closing. Zephen was still there and as I explained my sit. We found the only option was for me to go to a hotel for the night. Zephen drove me to the hotel and arranged for me to be picked up in the AM. Fri. AM I met Mike in service and he explained what they would do to diagnose the truck and time it would take. The truck was a 2005 GMC Z71. They had to keep the truck over the weekend, and with me not being from the area they helped set me up with a rental car co. I went about my weekend, and Mike and the service team were able to get me an answer to what was wrong with the truck; blown tranny that would need completely replaced, $4500 (about the value of the truck). I was floored, as the truck had been solid to that point and I wasn’t expecting to dump that kind of $ into my vehicle. I wasn’t exactly in the market for a vehicle either! The truck market has been turnt on its ear and anything I wanted was nearing the 6 figure range. But, they did have a sweet car on the lot that I knew the brand had a track record of minimal issues, and had rave reviews as far as comfort, etc. To my surprise Zephen was able to work a deal that I felt was more then fair. More importantly, I was able to get back on the road with minimal interruption to my work life, etc. This was all possible by the friendly, professional and diligent action Zephen, Mike, and Marshall were able to take. I will continue to recommend and use Classic Chevy-Caddy of Denison!!! Incredible staff, simply incredible! More
