My father purchased his Cadillac from this store and has done all service with this store. He has always spoken highly of the team members at Classic. Recently he had over $2K of work done to his low mile done all service with this store. He has always spoken highly of the team members at Classic. Recently he had over $2K of work done to his low mileage 2015 SRX. The work was completed as agreed and done well. My father mentioned that when picking the car up he was surprised it was not washed/clean. Didn't bad mouth to me, but it took me off sides. The devil is in the details. Why would you not at a minimum run the car through the wash? This shows gratitude to a loyal consumer who trusts the store and appreciates the reputation that Classic has built in this region. More
