After showing up, they had the online prices fixed within 30 minutes but they still honored it for me because I had taken the day off and driven in hoping for one of the good deals listed. Zach, Danny and Tod in finance are great people. Honestly everyone there is and this is why I keep buying from Classic. Between Honda, Toyota and Chevy, this is my 8th purchase from the Classic family. What does that tell you? I bought a new Cadillac yesterday and this team was amazing. I found the car online , got everything completed online and over the phone so i showed up, drove the car, signed the papers, and was done. amazing. I started with a different sales person than Elliot but she was gone when i arrived and he took over. The whole team was awesome; Ty, Elliot, and Todd took great care of me. Would definitely recommend. We were able to work out all numbers over the phone before driving over an hour to sign the papers. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes. Finance took around 15 minutes and he tried to add in GAP without approval, but overall was pretty painless. We don't typically add GAP since our vehicles have enough positive equity and we have great insurance. Elliott was our sales rep and was super responsive. More
