I was in to visit with Anthony Travis about faulty headlights on 2015 Cadillac SRX. Cadillac refused to acknowledge this as a safety issue even though numerous individuals have commented on same prob headlights on 2015 Cadillac SRX. Jayden was also very informative on showing different options on the vehicle and setting up our OnStar service. Ron Cramer was another gentleman who worked with Jayden in the making the sale. Great Service!!!! I have looked up vehicles with Classic multiple times (and did my research). Came once before looked around and at that time Josh Lemmond came out to I have looked up vehicles with Classic multiple times (and did my research). Came once before looked around and at that time Josh Lemmond came out to help. He was not over bearing and just chatted with us about what we wanted. We left with nothing that day, but came back a month later and purchased a SUV. Josh once again helped us and was AWESOME. I think this time I may have had the whole team working with me as I made changes through out the whole buying process.
