Poor customer service. Typical dealership. after looking on the website a salesman and the owner left voicemails wanting my trade. trying calling owner back and he wasn't av Typical dealership. after looking on the website a salesman and the owner left voicemails wanting my trade. trying calling owner back and he wasn't available. when to the dealership and salesman tried to sell me a scratched up loaner truck with a broken windshield. found a truck I liked he didn't try very hard to do any selling didn't even discuss price or work on the price. financing took forever. 2nd day they told me what the monthly would be and I wasn't comfortable with it. they said they would see what they could do. 3rd day they said an even higher monthly! then acted like they wanted nothing more to do with it and just gave up. no working on the price or anything! I've been to alot of dealerships and this one is no different than most. some are better. those tv commercials are not what I experienced at all. I would suggest going to a different dealership if you want a deal or at least someone that will work with you. waste of three days. More
