My first brand new vehicle I am beyond pleased with the experience that I had at classic Chevrolet in madison ohio. From the time I got to the dealership until I finalized paper I am beyond pleased with the experience that I had at classic Chevrolet in madison ohio. From the time I got to the dealership until I finalized paperwork jessalynn did and outstanding job. She went out of her way to help me find the car that I fell in love with from the moment I got into the Chevrolet trax I absolutely loved it she did a wonderful job at making sure all the needs and wants of a vehicle were met for me. We test drove 5 or 6 cars and nothing in my eyes compared to the Chevrolet trax that I got and it is the perfect color too. I spent the day at the dealership and she made sure that I was ok through the whole process. She did a phenomenal job all and all I would highly recommend her as a sales person to anyone that is looking to buy a new vehicle she is very informative and makes sure all your questions are answered and if she doesn't know the answer she will find out for you. The finance manager John did an outstanding job and made me feel like family he went way out of his way to do what needed to be done for me to be able to get into a brand new safe car that is all wheel drive for me to be able to get to work safely in my new chevrolet trax that is all wheel drive. He jumped through several hoops for me which means a lot to me. He made me feel like part of classics family today when he cam to me and said I was approved.......it was a bitter sweet feeling knowing that my dream if owning a brand new car finally has come true. I will always highly recommend classic chevrolet of madison Ohio to anyone that ask me about where I got my car. The service was 1000% compared to anywhere else you go. They treat you like family from the time you walk into the door until you leave the dealership.
