overall great experience. not 10% on vehicle prep. Ron was great to work with. He got me into my new car as fast as he could considering the weather and me showing up late on a Saturday. The windows were very dirty and streaked. You could still see the imprint from the vehicle i.d.on it. My son also observed him peeling out of the lot on his way to get gas.
