The 2 hour wait time even with an appointment for an oil change is excessive. They also rotated the tires, and it started pulling to the left. What ever happened to the associate explaining while waiting for your vehicle in the lobby the services recommended or needed after the inspection!!?? I received a TEXT with what my truck needed, instead of walking to me to EXPLAIN the services required, I only approved what I new it was, 2 items( services ) went undone because of that extra step of customer connection needed and failed to do so! If I would have known at the time what those items were in detailed I would have approved those items as well! To make sure my truck is in good riding! These items were only explained to me after I asked and after I checked out(paid)! This was not my first time here so telling me that this is how you run things there is not true! Now I would believe that texting services required is a fairly new thing and are now implementing it! This was the first time I had a received a text while waiting in the lobby! I felt it was sooo unprofessional! And really hope that the next time I stop by that the serviceman will come find me and explain the services needed so at that point I can make a decision! The second issue was that after doing an oil change it was not reset to 0!! If I had not checked I would not have known! All I’m asking is to do what u have to do to gain service and not lose service!! More
