Excellent service. I was happy that I got a real estimation about the turnaround time. Too many dealership service departments give unrealistic turn around times. I always have good service when i used to take my 2013 Tahoe. But this time I took in my 2020 GMC Sierra cause the check engine light would come off and on. According to the code it was having a misfire. Tahoe. But this time I took in my 2020 GMC Sierra cause the check engine light would come off and on. According to the code it was having a misfire. I dropped it off when they opened on a Wednesday, they said they would have to do a full Diagnostic would take 24 to 48 hours for result (which sounds too long for an answer). I called the next day (Thursday)in the afternoon and asked if any news. They said the mechanic was real busy but they would get back to me. I have a tracker on my truck and I watched it parked in the back all day Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Finally Saturday afternoon I had enough and went in person. They went to the back to look for it after they said it was in the shop. They came back and said the mechanic passed it to another mechanic and were waiting on the results. I told them sorry but I need my truck. I told them I have a tracker on it and watched it parked for 4 days. Asked for it back and left. Very disappointed. More
