Waited over 4 hours for an oil change. People came in after me and left before me. Also, be aware of what warranty you are buying when purchasing your vehicle. READ IT! I was told with the packages I purchased, I can bring my truck to ANY licensed mechanic, and it would be paid for in full. That was a lie. The only way to get it free is to come to this location. Also, I was told that with regular oil changes, if any mechanical issues occur, it will be covered for life. After thinking about it, I asked for clarification today, and it’s only up to 100k miles. They are real strategic and with what they do and say to get you to buy as much “package” as possible. Be careful with this dealership. More

I had to constantly call and speak with service department. I don't like the text system that's in place. It took a full week for my vehicle to be diagnosed. I informed the manger that I was the customer and team members shouldn't talk over there clients.Car was completed the fee days. Upon that, when I picked up vehicle and drove off,a light was on the dashboard. I turned around and informed Micheal about the issue. He took car,and found out what was the problem and took care of it. I asked Michael if he had any discount for the work. His response was "are you military " I replied no military, but I'm a AARP MEMBER. He replied ok well you can use that at payout window. I had $2500,dollars worth of work done on my mother car. Reduce to $2300,with discount. I can't wait to put car on the road for test drive. I was told everything is high performance and work is the best. I purchased a truck from this dealership and always return for service. Kevin is my guy that I usually deals with, but I was informed he's not with the company. I see a lot of new faces and young people. I went with someone who has been with the company. This put a bad taste in the mouth and heart. I might have to drive to sugarland location, moving forward.
