Classic Chevrolet Houston - Service Center

As per my conversation with the sales person, I had set up an appointment to have my oil changed and the software updated. He had stated that the instrument panel (mph and rpm) numbers disappeared. I was told that the issue was due to the software needing to be updated, and it would take up to 2-hours. I set up the appointment for a Friday 1:00pm. Upon arrival, no one had any notice of the appointment. They said that it would take 1.5-2 hours, I said ok. Then the came back and said it could take up to 3 hours, again I said ok, then 5 minutes later they said I would need to reschedule! I said I took off of work to get the issues resolved and the dealership is about 12 miles from my house, so they suggested that I just go to Mac Haik Chevorlet…. very disappointing service More
