I am new to the Goldsboro area and I took my 2013 dodge Durango to get a quote/ diagnostic for my Oil pant gasket possible leak, coolant issue, and my AC was blowing hot air. I received the diagnostic via Durango to get a quote/ diagnostic for my Oil pant gasket possible leak, coolant issue, and my AC was blowing hot air. I received the diagnostic via text for quotes and problems, totaling $5000. I declined the services. I got a phone call the morning after I dropped my truck off for an appointment at 1pm the day prior. The woman told me my truck was ready at 11am, she offered sun something to help with the cost and I declined again and she said it was ready to pick up. I went in at 5pm to get my truck and the people in the office agreed that the cost was high and they again offered the same sun thing and even recommended getting a new vehicle. I declined again and paid the $400 charge for them to just look at my vehicle. I drove 13 minutes home when I pulled into my driveway and shut the truck off I hear liquid GUSHING from under the hood. I called the dealership immediately only to be put on hold for 30 MINUTES (5min before closing) for them to tell me they couldn’t help me until morning. When I opened the hood my engine cover was removed and thrown over to the side, coolant was overflowing, the silver cap to my radiator wasn’t on all the way and coolant shooting out of it. Thank god it was only 13 minutes to my house, god only knows what could’ve happened to me and my 8yr old daughter while driving home if it was any longer! The next day I received a call from the dealership from a guy who wasn’t a manager/owner like I requested. For him to tell me it was a technician error and reasoning for hurrying to get my truck to me when I got there. Completely unacceptable especially coming from a DEALERSHIP! I requested a refund for only the coolant diagnostic since this was their error. I was told that wasn’t going to happen but instead offered the sun thing again to get the truck fixed or getting a new vehicle! After telling him those are not the options I wanted he began to drop the cost to get it fixed from $5000 to $1600! I told him I wasn’t comfortable taking my vehicle there again after what I went through and he promised that he’d put his top technician on it, and told me it would have to be the next week before they could do anything. He then assure me if I replaced the silver cap I could drive it. I replaced the cap and was forced to drive it to work until I could take it back, only to break down on the side of the road from overheating! I got it towed back to my house and called the dealership again. The same guy told me it had to be underlining issues as to why this happed, which is far from the truth. I requested for the manager multiple times only for them to tell me his was in “meetings” My truck ran perfectly fine before taking it in as long as I checked the oil and coolant regularly. He told me to have it towed to the dealership and they would look at it again. I called a tow company and the came to get my truck, when they asked what was going on with it, they asked it they could take a look. As they turned on the truck it had started blowing smoke and the popped the hood to reveal that my radiator was emptied probably from the pressure test they performed at the dealership! It took 2-1/2 gallons of water to get it filled back! I began to cry when they told me I may have a blown head gasket from them performing a pressure test and not checking it after! Also an IMPORTANT AIR HOSE was detached from my engine and they were surprised I was able to even drive it away from the dealership to begin with!! They strongly advised me not to take it back there to the dealership! I am mortified at the way I was treated at the dealership! When you take your vehicle to a dealership you expect to have top notch service especially with the pricing for just diagnostic you’d think you would be getting your vehicle back the same as you brought it in! In my case that’s not what happened! Maybe instead of paying 2 girls to sit in a tent watching TikTok who’s only job was to tell m More

This dealership has zero communication with you after the sale. The new vehicle that I purchased and with being from out of state they use a 3rd party vendor for the registration work. Now here it is 45 days sale. The new vehicle that I purchased and with being from out of state they use a 3rd party vendor for the registration work. Now here it is 45 days later, and I still do not have a new registration for the vehicle. I have to turn in my plates today so I now have a vehicle that I can't drive. I have made multiple phone calls and messages left however no one will return a call. I have a whole lot more but will stop for now. If I don't get a resolution today, then I will come back to edit this review. More
