I appreciate being able to schedule appointments for service. when I got there yesterday, my van was taken in on time and I watched through the window from the waiting room from time to time while the work was being performed right beside me. Within 30 minutes the service was completed including installing a recall part. The dealership was quite busy but that didn't interfere with my appointed time. This is a new relationship for me after having dealt with another Chrysler dealership in Savannah, GA from 1995 until 2013, where I always got special treatment. Looks like this dealership might be right on par with matching that long term relationship. More
