The initial - I was looking for a F250, around the 2006-2012 range. I found a 2004 at the Classic CJD dealership and decided to check it out to see if I liked it. I met Stephanie which is one of the sales people. Full of energy and optimism, she showed me the truck and we took a test drive. Long story short, I didn't like the truck. It was a bit older than I was looking and wasn't my style. I told Stephanie what I was looking for and she said that if she found anything she would call me back. Honestly I didn't expect to hear from her again but the next couple days went by and I got a phone call. Stephanie said that she got a 2011 F250 in that she thought that I would like. So I rode over and checked the truck out. The truck was great, I fell in love with it and was very pleased. When test driving the truck, I could tell there was a roar and assumed it was the tires. I mentioned it to Steph and said maybe the service guys could double check. I knew that i would need to get new tires if I bought the truck anyways. The Purchase - After talking with Stephanie and getting the wife to check out the truck, we decided to buy it. One thing I did do was get them to change the oil in the truck and go through it to see if anything was wrong with it, since it was just traded in. One of the Sales managers there, Wallas, was there and I talked with him about pricing. He was pretty cool and helped out on the pricing some and chatted for a while. There isn't much to say for the purchase part. It all went well and the guys helped me out by finding the lowest possible interest rate available. The Follow up - Remember how I mentioned the roaring noise on the test drive? Well after I purchased the truck, a couple of days later I purchased new tires for it thinking the roaring noise would go away. Nope! The noise was still there and I was surprised. After doing a little bit of research, I found out my front right hub assembly bearing was worn out. And let me put a little disclaimer before I start - I know that when buying a car as-is, the dealer doesn't have to have any responsibility after the purchase for fixing anything on the truck. I called Stephanie because originally we thought it was just the tires that needed replacing and didn't know there was a bigger issue. I asked Stephanie if we could work something out. I offered to purchase the wheel hub if they could take care of the labor since they have mechanics anyways. She checked with a manager and the manager said that since it was an as-is car, they didn't have any responsibility after the sale. So I threw a new option by her and she said she would check again, and that is where I never heard from them again. I have worked with multiple dealers before and I know they are different. But if they cared about the customers, they would do what is necessary to help them if there is an issue. I wasn't asking for them to cover the cost. I was willing to fork out the 450 dollars for the hub, and it only takes an hour of labor to fix the problem which is probably 50 dollars for those guys. Since the experience with the follow up was not great, I am giving the dealer a 3 out of 5, the initial was a great experience, and anyone can follow through purchasing a car. But when your not willing to follow up and help the customer with a need, then that shows that you do not care about the customer in the end. More

They were very transparent about the whole process, and I was especially impressed by how much they wanted to make sure that I was happy not just at point of sale, but also as a future customer. Hands down, the most pleasant of all the used car dealers that I visited. I made the trip from Cary (they assisted me with car delivery back home), and it was entirely worth the trip. I highly recommend it. More

Nice place I am not usually very trusting of car salesman, they always seem to only car about their own personal gain from a sale. He was so friendly, understanding, and excited to help us. He was also honest with us. Do not buy a car from anyone but him! Seriously, if you want a good experience with a trustworthy salesman, go to him. The manager was also helpful and did work to make the car we wanted fit our budget. More

Keisha James made shopping for a new car easy. I found CCDJR through Truecar.com and the dealership manager, Mr. Brinkley, took the time to email me and discuss what I was looking for. My wife and I found CCDJR through Truecar.com and the dealership manager, Mr. Brinkley, took the time to email me and discuss what I was looking for. My wife and I with our three children came to the dealership where we met Mr. Brinkley. He introduced us to Keisha James who was our guide throughout the rest of our purchase experience. We came there with an idea of looking to see if our family would fit into a vehicle we had in mind. That vehicle didn't fit us like we had hoped but Keisha introduced us to the Dodge Journey. I had never looked into the Journey to be honest but coming from a 5 person family I can say that the Journey is "Huge Inside"! The 3rd row was just what we needed and the features that came with the Journey were great. Keisha saw what we needed and found the perfect fit. Then the dreaded paperwork process wasn't so dreadful, Keisha made sure that all of our questions were answered and that we were fully informed throughout the entire process. CCDJR was even able to find a way for me to have my car completely covered with a full warranty throughout the entire time I will be financing the vehicle, which was a huge concern for me. Overall I have to rate CCDJR and Keisha James 10 out of 10. I was truly impressed. Thank you guys very much. More

Best Truck Purchase Experience Ever! I sent out 5 emails requesting quotes. I don't like to waste time with back and forth negotiations. CCDJR of Goldsboro answered within 3 hours and sim I sent out 5 emails requesting quotes. I don't like to waste time with back and forth negotiations. CCDJR of Goldsboro answered within 3 hours and simply blew away the other Dealers pricing. We drove up for a test drive the next afternoon. The staff answered all our questions and provided the info I wanted. We ordered my wife's new Ecodiesel that same day. I can't say enough about the staff and the experience they provide. I have purchased a lot of trucks over the years, but this was by far the easiest and we saved a ton of money as well. More
