Her dedication to helping me find what it was I was looking for was refreshing, as opposed to the usual experience of a salesperson trying to put you in something you don't want or need. Ginger and I connected as if we were old friends, and by the time I'd left, I felt as if I had not only drove off with an amazing vehicle, but had created a lasting relationship with someone who genuinely cared. Jamar, the GM was wonderful in helping me to get into my 2011 Dodge Durango without making me jump through hoops. He also had a wonderful personality. Made contact with Nora through their Internet Sales div Found out about Classic Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram through our credit union's car buying service. Made contact with Nora through their Internet Sales division and emailed/talked with her a number of times. She was always friendly and courteous and returned calls promptly. She helped broker the deal with Jamar, the Sales GM. Got what I think is a good deal, and with pretty low hassle. Bought a car that was on their lot, and the dealership is about 60 miles from home, so I wanted to make sure everything was squared away before heading down there; they were very accommodating and willing to put it all in writing via email. Once we arrived, worked with Tim to test drive, do the paperwork, etc. He was kind enough to ride in the back of a 2-door Wrangler on the test drive. He took care of getting the Wrangler ready, getting all the paperwork in order, even giving us the tour of the place. Everything went smoothly with the paperwork and we were in and out in about 2-1/2 hours. Thanks to everyone there! More

My only complaint is that they didn't go the extra mile. The driver's seatbelt had a button missing that caused the buckle to fall to the floor. Originally I was told that they would replace the missing stop button. I was also told that they would detail the car and give me a full tank of gas. The car was clean but when I started to drive home I noticed that there was less than half a tank of gas. These are minor things but I can not give them 5 stars because of this. Otherwise they had very good associates. More
