zero communication. they had my truck for 5 business days and i had to text or call (good luck getting anyone to answer) for any updates. the only time they reached out they had my truck for 5 business days and i had to text or call (good luck getting anyone to answer) for any updates. the only time they reached out to me on their own was to tell me what the cost is, then to tell me it was ready to pick up. i don’t know what they did to the fairly new battery, but starting the day after i got my truck back it wouldn’t start without a jump. i’m taking it somewhere else to get fixed and will not be doing business here again More
Service Associate, James, was helpful, and helped to expedite getting my Jeep rwady to go as I had an appointment. The oil & filter and tire rotation charges were very reasonable at around $100. Math wasn’t mathing so we went home and secured financing, tried to call and get an otd total for the car and they questioned us about what our problem was for a second time. If you aren't willing to play “pack the payment” they are unprofessional, rude and condescending. They seem to prioritize greasy tricks you know well over selling cars at their ADVERTISED prices. Can’t recommend less. Because of our experience with financing/managers, I wouldn’t even trust the service department. Try if you enjoy being swindled/disrespected I guess More

January 21, 2026: I dropped off my vehicle. I have a 2016 Grand Cherokee . I had taken in my vehicle because there was one day where I went to turn it on and it started shaking really bad, so I have a 2016 Grand Cherokee . I had taken in my vehicle because there was one day where I went to turn it on and it started shaking really bad, so they diagnosed it and then they told me they would get it back to me on a certain day. Days went by, weeks went by, and still to this day February 27 2026, I do not have a vehicle. On February 23: I received a text message and basically they have already closed out my ticket, and I have not heard from them. We have called, and they are not returning our phone calls. How is it that my ticket is closed out but I don’t have my vehicle? Their communication, especially the service advisor and the service manager, is horrible. We call both of them to get updates all the time, and they take forever to reach back out. Today is February 27, and still to this day, I have not heard from them, and this will be the third time that I have to go up to the dealership personally because the service advisor and manager are not answering my phone calls. More
