zero communication. they had my truck for 5 business days and i had to text or call (good luck getting anyone to answer) for any updates. the only time they reached out they had my truck for 5 business days and i had to text or call (good luck getting anyone to answer) for any updates. the only time they reached out to me on their own was to tell me what the cost is, then to tell me it was ready to pick up. i don’t know what they did to the fairly new battery, but starting the day after i got my truck back it wouldn’t start without a jump. i’m taking it somewhere else to get fixed and will not be doing business here again More

Service Associate, James, was helpful, and helped to expedite getting my Jeep rwady to go as I had an appointment. The oil & filter and tire rotation charges were very reasonable at around $100.
