I would definitely recommend friend or family member to buy a vehicle from your dealership. Y'all did a great job, thank you. More

This is not the review that I would like to have done. The actual purchase was great. Very easy and fast. However, as I was signing the paperwork for a 2021 Dodge Durango Hellcat, I noticed that the Carfax mentioned a long block replacement 1 week before the purchase date. I asked and i received the answers. There was an engine replacement, although that wasn't mentioned prior to me driving 3 hours to purchase. Not a deal killer. I liked the vehicle; I liked the ease of purchase. I left the dealer and before I got home, the 2021 Durango Hellcat died while going down I35 in Temple, Tx. That was not fun. I let the salesman know, he promised to get the Service Manager involved. Cool. I had trust at that time. Fast forward 4 weeks and multiple times the vehicle died while traveling down the Interstate, with my wife and daughter. I continued to email the salesman and the Group1 email chain. I finally realized the emails were not going anywhere and the replies were all different and vague. I emailed the GM without any reply as of this review. No calls, no information, just ignored. With a $70,000 paperweight. The fix is very simple, the fuel pressure sensor on the fuel rail is bad. This was a recall in 2015 and happens often with Hellcat based vehicles. What is an issue is being ignored after the purchase with a promised 30-day warranty on a vehicle with only 38,000 miles. I also sent videos of the vehicle in the middle of the road and would not restart. These newer Dodges have a transmission neutral lever that has to be pulled and held and requires more than 1 person to push off the road. So now it sits in my driveway. So no, I am not a happy client. More
I went in for 5k maintenance on my vehicle, which includes an oil change and a tire rotation. They failed reset the oil life gauge. Perhaps even more interesting is that when they did the tire rotati includes an oil change and a tire rotation. They failed reset the oil life gauge. Perhaps even more interesting is that when they did the tire rotation, they failed to adjust the tire pressure for each tire. My vehicle requires 55 PSI for each front tire and 45 PSI for each rear tire. When I was driving home, the low tire pressure indicator went off. This is likely due to the fact that they just moved the front tires to the rear and vice versa. If the basics of car maintenance cannot be adhered to by a dealership, then why would you trust them with more complicated things? More
