AMAZING service department that saved me when I need it most — Julie Tucker is an incredible person AND service advisor! I’ve been a loyal Huffines Jeep customer through 3 Jeeps - with every repair & oi most — Julie Tucker is an incredible person AND service advisor! I’ve been a loyal Huffines Jeep customer through 3 Jeeps - with every repair & oil change done at the dealership. However, when I needed them most, they really, really let me down. I called Huffines on Friday morning because I was leaving the upcoming Tuesday for a 14-hour drive for work. I would be driving through 4 states - by myself - and my Jeep was making the same noise it made a few months earlier when Huffines serviced it. I explained I was scared to make the drive without knowing my Jeep was safe, but they told me they were too backed up to help. I was truly desperate and called Group 1 — Syed took my call and very compassionate and sympathetic. He connected me with an awesome service advisor, Julie Tucker, who completely stepped up. Even though they were short several technicians, she understood I was desperate and got me an appointment within an hour. I don’t know how they did it…but they truly worked a miracle when I need it most. They repaired the issue Huffines had not fixed properly and had my Jeep back to me in less than 24 hours!! Julie genuinely cared about my situation and wanted to make sure I could make that long drive safely —I was so grateful, I almost cried! I honestly can’t say enough about how much that meant to me. Julie didn’t just fit me into a busy schedule—she listened, understood that I was in a tough situation, and made sure I was taken care of and I would be safe. That’s the kind of customer service you remember. Group 1 has definitely earned my business for life. ASK FOR JULIE TUCKER! She truly cares about her customers! ❤️ More

Took my car in to fix the passenger side back window. And they did not complete. The job charged me all of my money and broke the motor in the back window. They also tore up my door and disconnected wire And they did not complete. The job charged me all of my money and broke the motor in the back window.
