Had my trucked briar to going to the dealership stating that the EGR valve was bad all they wanted to do was sell sell sell, and then protocol protocol protocol did not want to take care of me. I believe her named Julie said that’s how we make her money so we’ll never come back if I have anything to do with dodge I will definitely be with another dealer. Or I’ll go buy a Ford or Chevrolet before by a Dodge again if I give you a -5 I would. also, when I bought the truck there, I was told I’d have a rental vehicle if I had to leave my truck my truck was left overnight. Never got any communication from the people we had to call in to find out if they found out anything about the vehicle and then we had to call or text to find out if it was done so zero communication and when I bought the vehicle, I was promised I would be taken care of the clock. This dealership has always been a pleasure to use. The buying experience was great and their service department is also reasonably priced and the staff go out of their way to help with great communica The buying experience was great and their service department is also reasonably priced and the staff go out of their way to help with great communication. I just took my vehicle in for routine maintenance and asked for brake pad replacement as one of the maintenance items but the staff contacted me once they started the work and let me know the pads had substantial life left and asked if I still wanted them replaced. I think most dealerships wouldn't go out of their way to help the customer like this and would rather just bill for more services. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone. More

HARLEY my service advisor has no communication skills. I tried calling multiple times and texting her service number and I got no response to my questions. I called and asked for pricing and was told they had a $59.95 oil change special. I asked how long it would take to get an oil change today if I come in at 1pm and was told it should be about 30 to 45 minutes. (Normal timing) I got there and the price was different, asked about the special and was told there isn’t one. I told her I had just spoken to someone that told me they had a special. She seemed annoyed that they told me they had a special. (That that was a call center who told me about the special and that they shouldn’t be doing that). Then she proceed to try to upsell me an oil change package. When I asked questions about the package she had no answers to my basic questions regarding the package. IT TOOK THEM 3 HOURS to do a basic oil change. I have friends that express similar concerns with they took their vehicles in for service. More

Service bay and waiting area were clean. They had complimentary snacks, water and coffee for customers who were waiting (although I only saw employees partake of any). When I set the appointment I selected a $140 package but it cost me $175 with no explanation as to why the increase. More
