Dear Mr. Mitchell, I wrote to you within a week of buying the RAM. The sales effort was taken from the floor salesman by Jeff Barbere, the "Internet Manager" who advised me the advertised price was mistaken. We all understand mistakes, but when he later told me he couldn't sell me the truck at what he had offered, this time due to ",,,mistaken the trade in value." Sorry sir, to me that reeks of a "Bait Price" to get me in the door and then "Switch" the numbers for numerous reasons. Your dealerships $500 MOPAR line item on the sales contract is another issue.
